Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Awaken, Align & Thrive course and website (the "Service"), provided by The Trustee for Angel Family Estate trading as Inner Chi Alchemy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing the course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
We provide a self-paced online course of reflection, journaling, and meditation practices. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice; if you are experiencing distress, please seek qualified care.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to spam others.
- Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the Service's security.
- Resell, redistribute, or share course materials or your login.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any technical limits.
4. Intellectual property
All course content, software, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. On purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course for personal use. You retain ownership of your own journal entries; we process them only to provide the Service.
5. Payment & subscription terms
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The Paddle Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) govern billing, payment, taxes, cancellations, and refunds.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination for cause, access to course materials and your account may be removed.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
