Last updated: 20 May 2026

This Privacy Notice describes how The Trustee for Angel Family Estate trading as Inner Chi Alchemy ("we", "us") collects and handles personal information when you use the Awaken, Align & Thrive course and website. We act as the data controller of your personal information.

  • Course activity — lesson completions, journal entries you write, audio playback usage.
  • Support messages — anything you send us when you reach out.

  • To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

  • Hosting & infrastructure — cloud providers that host the Service.
  • Paddle — Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Email & support tools — providers that help us deliver transactional emails and support.
  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
  • Authorities — where required by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia. Where this happens we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to keep your data secure.

Retention

We keep account and course data for as long as your account is active. After account closure or refund, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation (e.g. tax records).

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us. Australian users may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; UK/EEA users may complain to their local supervisory authority. We aim to respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logs, to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
