Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the email address you purchased with, or contact our support team and we'll help you through it.

Once a refund is approved, access to the course will be revoked. Your journal entries are kept for 30 days afterwards in case you return, then deleted on request.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
